My theory is that Shaul FRIESER was the son of Reuven FRIESER  and the brother of Eli FRIESER,  buried in Row 7 , Grave 22.
Reuven FRIESER died in 1902 and is buried in Row 7. Grave 21. His son Eli was born in 1845,  died in 1908 , and is buried in Row 7, Grave 22.

I do not know if Rabon is a Kinnui for Reuven or if it was transcribed incorrectly in the death register.

The text, hopefully translated correctly:

Szawel FRISER
The director of the estate of Lubaczow
March 6th 1856
April 29th 1919
In honor of his memory

Sydonja FRISEROWA
Widow of the director of the estate
August (25th?) 1859
May 5th 192..

Could it be that Sydonja FRISEROWA died somewhere else, as I cannot find her in the civilian death registry?

 2014

As mentioned for the grave of Ignacy MOHR, the only two graves in the Jewish cemetery in Lubaczow with texts in Latin letters and birth dates and death dates given according to the general/ Christian calendar, belong to two lawyers.

From Dr. Neil Rosenstein and Jewish Records Poland
Saul Dawid FRISER was married to Sime GOTTHELF. In 1900 they lived in Ostrowiec when their daughter Sala  Stefania, born ca 1879,  married Dr. Eliasz Stangenhaus in Lwow/Lviv.
Saul Dawid FRISER published his family history (Megilat Yochasin) in a pamphlet, printed by Seide TUMIM in Lubaczow.

This would then probably mean that:
Saul FRISER settled in Lubaczow after 1900 and that his wife, written as Sydonja FRISEROWA was born as Sime GOTTHELF.

Theory
From http://www.sztetl.org.pl/en/article/lubaczow/5,history/
referring to the to the period between the two world wars
"A doctor of law by the name of Henryk Friser was the administrator of the estates of a count Agenor Gołuchowski. He became the marshal of the district."

Based on the period, the profession and the job - this may be a son of Szawel and Sydonja FRISER, taking over the job after his father's death in 1919.  He might have been born in Ostrowiec.
