This is probably the grave of Nesza MÜLLER /  MUELLER . She was born around 1882, the daughter of Aron Salamon and Reizla ARAK, and the wife of  Nuchem / Nuchim MÜLLER. 

Nesza and Nuchim/ Nuchem had  two children listed in the death register:

Hinda was one year old when she died  in Dec 1915.
Moses was 9 years old when he died in November 1918.
