This is possibly Izrael PANZER, born ca 1866, son of Moses Chaim and Ester PANZER, who died on July 31st 1928.

Pages of Testimony were submitted for Herman Zvi PANCZER ( born 1897) and his two young sons -  Israel PANZER born 1933 and Jakob PANZER born 1937 - by Herman Zvi's sister Sara PANZER in 1955. The fate of Herman Zvi PANZER's wife Ita Hudes PANZER, born 1905, is not clear.
