When I first discovered this gravestone  back in 2002 and saw the family name WEINRATH at the base, I hoped I had found the gravestone of the maternal grandmother of Erela Goldschmidt/ Marysia HILFERDING ( ca 1942 – 2001).  But  the stone was broken in the middle, so it was impossible to verify if this was Reisel WEINRATH.

We now know that this was the grave of Frieda Matla WEINRATH, born around 1860, married to Jakob WEINRATH. Mrs. Weinrath died on  Sh’vat 16^th 5695 ( Jan 20^th 1935).
