Because of the combination of the names  Shifra and Shmerl, my estimate is that this is Schifra SILBERMAN nee SPINDEL  who died at the age of 23 on April 12th 1915.

From the death register one can see that the same year Schifra SILBERMAN died at the age of 23,  her son Szmerl SILBERMAN  died at the age of 9 months. Szmerl's father was Leib SILBERMAN.

From this we also understand that Szmerl SPINDEL, the grandfather of Szmerl SILBERMAN, had died before this grandson was born.

In 1921, Leib SILBERMAN, age 32, died.  Schifra's husband?

In 1915, Schifra's mother Paja SPINDEL, born ca 1847,  died.

In 1917 Schifra's sister Marjem, born around 1883, married CZACZKAS, had died.
