This is a theory that must be carefully examined:

Berl KATZ , born 1874, had married Malka LUDNER/LUDMER. 
Malka, born around 1883, was the daughter of Mose and Rocha LUDNER.
The couple had at least four children:
Josef KATZ born 1905
(Possibly Abraham KATZ ca 1908 - 1921)
Rachmiel/Rajmiel KATZ born 1909 (escaped to Argentina)
Mendel KATZ born 1911 (escaped to Argentina)
Chaja KATZ born 1914

According to the civilian death register Malka KATZ nee LUDNER/ LUDMER died on Nov 10th 1915.
Nov 10th 1915 was Cheshwan 21st 5675.

The date I have noted on the gravestone is Kislev 3rd  5675.  That would have been Nov 21st 5675.

Despite these differences, it would be worth rechecking the original death register and the gravestone.

After the death of his wife Malka, Berl KATZ remarried in 1923, this time to Chaja GOLDSTEIN r. ELSTER.

Berl and Chaja KATZ had the following children:

1. and 2. The twins Hersz and Moses Rabon KATZ in 1923. Moses Rabon KATZ died in 1924, 6 months old.
3. Rachel KATZ born 1926
4. Chaim Lazar KATZ born 1928
5. Ester Sara KATZ born 1932, died after five days.
