My theory is that this is the grave of  Rachla Lea BRIEFWECHSLER nee BIENENFELD. She was  born around 1850 and died on Nov 17th 1925. This would probably mean she died on Kislev 1st 5686.
Her parents were Efroim and Etla BIENENFELD.

She was married to Chaim BRIEFWECHSLER ( ca 1852 - 1925). He was buried on ROW 1, GRAVE 30.
