There is no family name on this grave but this must by Cypra (Zipora) , the daughter of Aharon /Aaron David  and Czarna KUTSCHER / KUCZER. She was born around 1851. She married Abraham Reinfeld. They lived in Rynek 14 in Lubaczow. Some of their children emigrated to the States. 
Her husband had died in 1916 and he is buried in Row 24, Grave 45.

Cypra Reinfeld's father Aron Dawid KUCZER was not a Kohen. If he was buried in Lubaczow, there are two possible graves:
Row 4, Grave 32 Aharon David son of Avraham, died between 1899 - 1901
Row 6, Grave 15 Aharon David, son of Shlomo, died on Sh'vat 13th 1904

Cypra REINFELD nee KUCZER had two brothers who both died in 1922:
Chaskel KUCZER was born around 1856 and was buried on ROW 7, GRAVE 20.
Abraham Salamon KUCZER was born around 1848 and was buried on ROW 6, GRAVE 6.

A third brother, Markus KUCZER, born around 1857, died in 1917 and was buried ROW 6, GRAVE 7.
