If you read Hebrew, you can see that her given name is repeated twice as the beginning letters in the text and then again on the next line , but this time in the shortened version without HEY

Chaja RISS, born ca 1876,  married Leib SANDBANK, born 1874, and they had several children together. After his wife's death in 1916, Leib remarried and had at least two more children.

The names of these children and their spouses and children were submitted to Yad Vashem by Ita SANDBANK, one of the daughters in the first marriage. Ita may have been the only survivor in the family.
