How to use my system of Rows and Graves

Around 1930 Joe Reinfeld paid to get the Jewish cemetery in Lubaczow enclosed by walls. The main gate and the small side gate built  towards the street back then, are still there.
These walls were 87 meters in each direction, according to a map I have.

Today two walls are still there - the one towards the Kosciuszki street and the one towards the high school.

This is the side gate towards the street, from inside the cemetery
and this is where ROW 1 starts, following the wall
towards the high school. GRAVE 1 is closest to the street.

Using the remaining walls as a starting point, I decided that Row 1 would be the one closest to the high school and that Grave 1 would be the one closest to the street.

This will be helpful when you look for a particular grave, but the rows are not quite straight, and when I did most of my survey back in 2002 and 2003, the vegetation made it  even more difficult to follow the rows.

Till the day when the graves have been registered with a GPS, you must use my numbering as an indication for where to look for a specific grave.
