If you have a HALPERN ancestor

Two HALPERN graves have been located at the cemetery, namely those of the couple Salamon HALPERN and Breindla HALPERN nee BELZ.

These two graves do not have the family names on the stone, but have been identified both from the death register (Group Two), but also by relatives (Group Three)

In the summer of 2015 two grandchildren of Salomon and Breindla HALPERN visited their graves - namely Rachelle HALPERN and her brother Sam HALPERN, and Sam's wife Tamar HALPERN.


Salamon and Breindla HALPERN had a son named Abraham HALPERN, born around 1890. He died on July 20th 1915. His grave has not been located.

According to what seems to have been the custom in Lubaczow, it is unlikely that the five children named HALPERN , age 4 days to 2 years,  who died during the years 1915 to 1932, had any gravestones.

Suessla HALPERN, 6 months old, daughter of Osias and Rifka HALPERN, died March 29th  1915.

Malka HALPERN, 1 month old, daughter of Osias and Rifka HALPERN, died June 6th 1916ץ

Markus HALPERN, 2 years old, son of Abraham HALPERN and Cyrla HALPERN nee GRUENWALD, died July 20th 1915.

Moses Samson HALPERN, 3 months old, son of Abraham HALPERN and Cyrla HALPERN nee GRUENWALD, died Oct 3rd 1915.

Dawid HALPERN, 4 days old, son of Jakob FULLER and Drezla HALPERN , died Sept 8th 1932.


Theory :
Abraham HALPERN, son of  Salamon and Breindla HALPERN, was born around 1890.
Around 1910 - 1912 he probably married Cyrla GRUENWALD and then at least had these two children with her:
Markus  HALPERN (1913 - 1915)
Moses Samson HALPERN  (1915 - 1915)
Did they have additional children? 
What happened to Cyrla HALPERN nee GRUENWALD after the death of both her husband and her two young children in 1915?
