The Big Fire of 1899

When exactly did the Big Fire of 1899 break out? In which month of the year?

Did some of those living in Lubaczow at the time  lose their lives in  that fire?

This is the grave of one of those who died that year, namely Feiga Rivka who died on October 31st 1899. The decoration on her gravestone still has paint on it - paint that must have been there for at least 70 years.
